Client: Private Vacation home - South Lake Tahoe, CA
2 Story + full basement, 14,000 square foot home New construction.
Project scope: Interior Design, project management and integration of design intent on full project site. Complete design includes interior space planning, concepts, finishes, lighting, furnishings, security/AV, cabinetry and millwork designs, construction documents and coordination/ implementation of entire project. Site aspects including house finishes, log siding, fireplace designs, custom windows and doors, fencing, drives gates, security and lighting for entire property including both main house and guest house.
