The home on Aztec drive went through a monumental transformation in 2020. Previously a hoarder’s home that was the blight of the neighborhood, it was purchased by RRR Inc. with the intention of flipping it. Juniper Road Studios was contracted to provide interior and exterior design. Knowing that the home would need to be sold within a specific time frame for a profit guided the design decisions made. However, just because it needed to be completed quickly and affordably, did not mean that design was sacrificed. It is an urban legend that all buyers want a neutral home that they can then customize themselves. This home proved that to be a fable. With great materials, clean lines, an eye and a modern industrial vibe, a remarkably successful renovation was completed. The home was then sold to a young family eager to entertain their friends and grow their family in a space they loved.
