Interior Design Project Manager
Juniper Road Studios, LLC is seeking a full-time Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our in-house team located in Littleton, CO. This candidate will work closely with the Managing Principal, Lead Designer and Principal Architect to execute all aspects of projects and maintain project timelines. Project Managers are also responsible for overseeing and leading Junior Designers on various residential and commercial projects.
Our projects are a mixture of new construction, renovations, and Tenant Improvement. Each project varies in complexity, timeline, and scope. We take pride in excellence in both design and technical execution. Primary responsibilities:
Leading design through all phases on a variety of project types, sizes and budgets
Developing construction documents in Revit for all required levels of documentation
Leading selections of materials and FF&E
Writing specifications
Reviewing and managing the work of junior designers
Providing excellent communication with all clients, vendors, contractors and consultants.
Creating and managing project schedules
Conducting Construction Administration by reviewing and approving submittals, responding to RFI’s and attending OAC meetings regularly and reporting back to Principal designers.
Managing and protecting project profitability by being mindful of budget constraints and measuring that against scope requirements and being able to draft and issue change orders.
Qualifications include:
BFA in Interior Design from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Revit 2023
Ability to read, comprehend, and create construction documents.
Proficiency in supplemental software like Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion is a plus, but not required.
NCIDQ Preferred
Requirements:
Availability to work in the office full time.
Ability to visit construction sites (accommodations can and will be made for all abilities).
Valid driver's license and transportation.
