Modern Tudor Addition

Construction commences Spring 2023 on this stunning modern Tudor style home. What started as a brick bungalow, quickly grew to a 2 story Modern Tudor style home. Our clients purchased an adorable, well kept 1930's bungalow in 2021 with the intent of renovating it. A previous addition had been completed on the rear of the house which limited any future additions on the main level due to lot coverage restrictions. The home is a perfect candidate for this type of addition. The basement and main floor will be completely renovated. The stairs will be relocated to a better position for  space planning on both floors. A primary suite, secondary bedroom and laundry will be added to the second floor. What started as a small, inefficient house will become a statement home for many years to come.
